At Inochy, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if for any reason you're not entirely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Return Window: You have the right to return your product within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are damaged or worn due to hygiene and health regulations.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number) to help us process your return efficiently.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at vanvaerenberghina@gmail.com to register your return.

  2. Send the item back, securely packaged, to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Refunds

  • After your return has been approved, you will receive a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for opened or used products.

  • Gift cards and discount codes cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
